Return & Exchange Policy

What is your return period?

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

What items are eligible for return or exchange?

To be eligible, your item must:

Be unworn and unused;
Be in its original condition;
Include all original packaging;
Have all tags attached;
Have the security thread/seal intact and unbroken.

What if my item arrived damaged or defective?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at ourukrainian@gmail.com and include your order number and photos of the issue. Once approved, we will gladly offer a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery is not refundable
Why do tags and seals need to remain attached?

We carefully inspect every piece before shipping and want every customer to receive brand-new, unworn jewelry. For this reason, we cannot accept returns of items with removed tags, broken seals, or signs of wear.

Are there any non-returnable items?

Yes. 
Personalized or custom-made items;
Gift cards.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or an incorrect item was received.
