Damaged or Lost Packages

We carefully inspect and package every order before shipment. Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, any loss or damage occurring during transit is the responsibility of the carrier.

If your package arrives damaged, please retain all original packaging materials and contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim. We are happy to provide any order information needed to assist with the process.
